David W. Huart has practiced law since 1998, dedicating much of his career to estate planning for individuals and families. He enjoys developing meaningful relationships with his clients and helping them thoughtfully prepare for the future. David’s goal is to provide each client with a sense of security and peace of mind, knowing that they have created a plan to protect the people who matter most to them.
David earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Minnesota in 1994 and his Juris Doctor from the University of Minnesota Law School in 1998. He is licensed to practice law in Minnesota and Wisconsin, as well as before the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota.
Outside of work, David values spending time with his wife and two daughters. Whether traveling across town or across the country, the family especially enjoys taking road trips together. They also enjoy watching movies, playing games, and attending concerts.
